Orders are shipped via Canada Post, rates will be specified at check out based on your shipping address. The boutique ships from Canada to Worldwide. 

Processing Times:

All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. If the item is not in stock- we will notify you and provide an updated time frame. 

Tracking:

Customers will receive order confirmation and details via email. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to COVID-19 all sales will be FINAL at this time.

PAYMENT METHODS

All payments are processed through a secure checkout system. 

All charges will be in Canadian dollars. Petits Bijoux T.O. is not responsible for foreign currency fees that your credit card company may charge. On all International orders, we cannot guarantee if there will be any additional taxes or duties that you may be charged in addition to what’s charged at time of checkout.

Sold-out Item:

Multiple customers may order an exact item simultaneously and the system will process the orders as first come first serve. Therefore, items ordered may become out of stock after the transaction was processed and customers will be refunded.
